Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior & Exterior 3D Visualizer who can create high-quality 3D views, renders, and walkthroughs for residential, commercial, and real estate projects. The candidate should be able to understand architectural drawings and convert concepts into realistic interior and exterior visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 3D interior and exterior views as per architectural and design requirements.
- Prepare photorealistic renders, elevations, walkthroughs, and presentation views.
- Develop interior views for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, lobbies, amenities, etc.
- Create exterior views of buildings, façades, landscapes, entrances, podiums, amenities, and surroundings.
- Work on materials, textures, lighting, furniture, landscaping, and finishes.
- Understand AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, and architectural layouts.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams for design requirements.
- Make modifications and revisions based on management/client feedback.
- Prepare high-quality presentations for project marketing and management review.
- Maintain organized 3D models, textures, and project files.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of 3D Interior & Exterior Visualization.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape / Photoshop or equivalent software.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and design concepts.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, furniture, landscaping, and composition.
- Ability to create realistic and presentation-ready renders.
- Good creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within timelines and handle multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
