Job Desciption:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Contract Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the management of contract end-to-end functions. You will collaborate closely with vendors to gather the necessary details. Oversee the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other service providers. Additionally, you will be responsible for quantity surveying, rate analysis, pre-tender estimation, and administration of active contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for quantity surveying, rate analysis, pre-tender estimation, and administration of active contracts.
  • Preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), tender documentation, and tender packages in line with standard measurement systems. Coordinate with Contractors, Architects, MEP, Landscape, and Facade Consultants for contract-related documents.
  • Responsible for drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing contracts/ agreements with contractors, consulting agencies, sub-contractors, etc.
  • Attention to detail and strong understanding of agreements/ contracts.
  • Should have hands-on experience in handling contracts and claims issues at project sites.
  • Preparation of work orders/contract documents for various construction activities.
  • Provide administrative support for contract management processes, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.
  • Assist in resolving contract-related disputes, issues, or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA
  • Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and vendor relations, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement software and tools.
  • Familiarity with local procurement laws and regulations and their compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good hand with MS Excel & PowerPoint for presentation.

Job Desciption:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Account Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate management of our financial records and transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reports to provide insights into financial performance and status.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Recording of day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP9
  • Ensuring proper documentation and physical filing of all invoices and maintaining accurate records of all supporting documents
  • Obtaining proper invoices from vendors and booking the same in Tally.
  • Preparing cheques for vendor payments
  • Handling petty cash transactions
  • Obtaining bank statements and maintaining bank book in Tally, doing bank reconciliation on daily basis
  • Co-ordination and follow up with bankers for bank statements, cheque books, pass books etc.
  • Preparing data for monthly TDS & GST returns.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports as required by management.
