Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce App Developer with 2–3 years of experience in SFDC application development. The role involves developing customer experience applications, creating and integrating APIs with existing applications, maintaining current applications, and ensuring seamless performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy new applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop customer experience applications and enhance existing solutions.
- Create and integrate APIs with existing applications and systems.
- Perform testing and ensure application compatibility across different platforms.
- Maintain and support existing applications by performing instant updates, modifications, and deletion of data when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Write and maintain Apex code and other Salesforce components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support during application deployment.
Skills & Competencies
- Salesforce (SFDC) App Development, Apex Programming, and API Integration
- Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Data Management
- Application Testing, Debugging, and CX Application Development
- Knowledge of Claude AI/Claude Knowledge (Preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Team player with attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
- B.Sc. Computer Science (B.Sc.-CS) or B.Sc. Information Technology (B.Sc.-IT)
- Salesforce Certification preferred
Experience:
- 2–3 years of Salesforce (SFDC) application development experience
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce App Development, API Integration, and Apex Programming
- Knowledge of Claude AI/Claude Knowledge preferred
