Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finishing Executive to oversee and execute construction work from RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) stage to final finishing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in real estate construction, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage site execution with quality and timelines in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Good Knowledge in finishing material & execution process.
- Supervise and execute construction activities from RCC stage to final finishing (blockwork, plastering, flooring, painting, doors/windows, sanitary fittings, etc.).
- Ensure high-quality finishing work in alignment with architectural and interior design specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure smooth progress and avoid delays.
- Monitor daily site progress and workforce deployment as per project schedule.
- Maintain quality control and ensure materials used are as per BOQ and approved samples.
- Ensure proper sequencing of work to avoid rework and ensure timely project completion.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly with effective coordination.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing work checklists, snag lists, and ensure snag-free handover.
- Maintain documentation for site progress, quality checks, and contractor billing inputs.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Preferred Graduate / Minimum HSC Pass.
- Minimum 5years of experience in real estate or high-rise residential/commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures and finishing works.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Effective communication and team coordination.
- Hands-on experience with site tools and quality control methods.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Working knowledge of project management tools will be an added advantage.
