Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-oriented Closing Individual to drive revenue growth by converting qualified prospects into customers. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a proven track record of closing deals in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure.
- Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
- Deliver compelling product or service presentations and proposals.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure client commitments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory. Post-graduation or MBA is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or closing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
