Job Description:
The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and executing day-to-day construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines. The role requires close coordination with contractors, consultants, procurement teams, and project stakeholders to achieve timely and cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities including RCC, finishing, MEP, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, structural engineers, and PMC teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource deployment to achieve project milestones.
- Plan and coordinate material requirements, monitor consumption, and ensure timely availability through procurement.
- Conduct quality inspections, material testing, and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Monitor project costs, minimize wastage, and support budget control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and site procedures. Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong communication & understanding of Arch. Design, services & construction methodologies and Hospitality project lifecycle management. Prepare PERT CPM Charts for site duties.
- Excellent project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects.
- Experience with reputed real estate developers and exposure to MIVAN/MIVON technology preferred.
Preferred Qualification: Certification or UG/PG Degree in Project Management, preferably from NICMAR University, with proven experience in planning, execution, budgeting, and successful project delivery.
Skill Required
