Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and execute construction activities from RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) work to final finishing stages in high-rise real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and safety compliance, ensuring projects are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise RCC, finishing, and general construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for timely project completion.
- Monitor material usage, site inventory, and daily progress.
- Conduct quality inspections and report site issues or delays.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and maintaining site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, housekeeping, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Preferred Graduate / Minimum HSC Pass.
- Knowledge of construction methods, RCC, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge (preferred).
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
